We make things the way we wish they existed.

Some ideas start with a need. Others with a question, a frustration, or the feeling that something could work better.

When an idea feels worth making, we follow it and shape it into something we'd genuinely want to use.

How we build

How we build: understand, make, test, learn, repeat.

  1. Understand.

We start by understanding the need, behaviour or idea behind what we're making.

  2. Make.

Then we make a version — small, quick, and far enough along to be real rather than described.

  3. Test.

We put it in front of people and watch how it's actually used, not how we hoped it would be.

  4. Learn.

What we find changes the idea. Sometimes a little. Sometimes completely.

  5. Repeat.

And then we go again. The process stays simple. The product is allowed to change.

The Mora idea

Many small pieces.
One whole.
That's a mora.

  • mora

Blackberry, in Spanish — one whole made from many smaller parts.

  • mor

    Purple, in Turkish.

  • more

One idea can lead to another.

Made of many.

About

Mora started with three friends and more ideas than we knew what to do with.

We met at university and kept coming back to the same instinct: find something interesting, make something from it and see where it goes. Mora became the place for that.

Today, we build our own software products and shape them with the people who use them.

Next

More to come.

We don't know what every next idea will become.

That's the point.

We'll keep following the ones that feel worth exploring — and see where they lead.
